Minutes of Meeting
March 26, 2012
Members present: Mike Paveglio, Richard DeBold
Others present for all or part of the meeting: Nancy Tanner (Town Administrator), Jamie Pike, Donna Chagnon
Chairman Paveglio opened the meeting at 5:30pm.
The Selectmen reviewed the current budget and expenditures data. Jamie and Nancy did some projections and those were reviewed.
The Selectmen will be reviewing budgets with Department Heads during the first Department Head meeting of the month each month.
The donation to CAP was discussed. Nancy will do some research on the formula used to calculate the expected donation.
A motion by Mr. DeBold and seconded by Mr. Paveglio to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 pm. Motion passes.
